It will start operating at the factory in April 2025. According to Ascania Group CEO Sergiy Zhyla, the new line will triple the production capacity of the beverage, from 2,000 to 6,000 cans per hour.

Today, Yarylo holds 18% of the kvass market, second only to Carlsberg Ukraine’s Kvas Taras, which holds the lead with 31% of the market.
CEO of Ascania Group Sergiy Zhyla: “Businesses that wait to see what happens next are losing a share of the growing market,” says Zhyla. “The manufacturer’s goal is to grow as the No. 2 player among other brands, increasing its market share to 20% in 2026.
Inna Sirchenko, Marketing Director of Ascania FMCG:
“A few years ago, the main consumers of kvass were people aged 35+. Now the audience has expanded and become younger due to the fact that kvass producers are bottling their products in cans and experimenting with flavors.”
Ascania Beverages is also actively developing the production of Gardenz cider, Engri energy drinks and private label beverages.
